I’ve been fighting a bug for a few days and lost my voice last night, so this is a little gravely sounding.
My diet is going well and I am working out A LOT. Still doing about two hours of bagua a day plus lifting weights with Steve. I’ve been tracking my net calorie expenditure with Fit.
Answers to some questions from my friends about my diet, plus the Large Rodent Incident story. Yes, I know that the avocado dish I described is technically known as ‘guacamole’. Also, I have two cups of black coffee a day. Come on, I *do* live in Seattle, after all!
I think that I forgot to mention that I use Tea Timer to make sure that I drink a glass of water every hour while I’m at work.

According to this body mass calculator I have lost about 11 pounds of fat in the last three weeks and gained a little over 3 pounds of muscle.
