Could you tell me what's in the photo?  I recognize most of it, but I'm curious about some of it.  You describe yourself as "vegetarian" and then refer to others as "raw vegans".  Does that mean you're not a vegan?  I think I could actually eat what you have pictured there, and be quite happy doing it, but I'd have to add feta cheese. :)

I love the convenience!  No cooking?  Just slice/dice/julienne your fruits and veggies and go to town?  Sounds like something I'd like to do...even if it was just a few days a week to start with.  Can you recommend more info, recipes, ideas?</description>
