Raw Food, Week Two

No weight change, but I’ve lost an inch and a half off of my waist since Sunday. Looks like today’s actually the 27th. Oops.

Update: I did my fatigue test as part of the 100 pushup challenge and was able to do 40 pushups.  My record when I started this two weeks ago was 21, so it is apparently working.

I also spent half an hour doing the bagua Dragon Palm this evening. Here’s a clip of my friend Sonny practicing it.
